Conversion Salary: $107,000–$115,000 (based on experience) + 10% bonus
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Creative Manager for a 4-month contract with the strong potential to convert to a permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader to shape global brand experiences across diverse marketing and sales channels.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of designers and copywriters, drive strategic creative concepts, and ensure visual and messaging consistency across all external communications. This position is ideal for someone with a strong creative vision, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of global creative campaigns, messaging, and visual concepts that align with business objectives.
Provide daily direction and feedback to creative team members, supporting both project outcomes and professional development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure creative aligns with brand standards and project goals.
Oversee creative execution across channels—digital, print, online, and experiential.
Maintain brand consistency and help evolve brand guidelines as needed.
Present high-level creative concepts to leadership across Brand, Marketing, and Creative.
Monitor production timelines and budgets, in partnership with executive leadership.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and team protocols.
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS in Advertising, Marketing, Visual Design, or a related field
5–7 years of professional experience in advertising, marketing, or visual design
Minimum 3 years of experience managing and directing creative teams
Skills & Competencies:
Strong creative acumen in design, copywriting, proofreading, and brand storytelling
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac/PC) and Microsoft Office
Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel creative campaigns
Ability to translate business objectives into impactful creative strategy
Familiarity with experience design, brand development, and creative processes
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, type, and communicate effectively
Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs occasionally
May require travel between office locations
Visual acuity including color vision and ability to adjust focus
