Position Summary:
Support clients and company requirements for order management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing, working with various departments to support order processes and support Team co-workers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data
Utilizing EDI and SAP for order entry processing and related account procedures.
Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements.
Chargeback & Return processing
Informing customers of order status and support inquires
Support Team Members for order processing and account portfolios
Preferred Qualifications:
EDI & SAP experience and knowledge
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
