Manage enterprise-wide data systems and related projects, ensuring strong data governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements for systems and processes.

Interpret technical documents and processes to draw valid conclusions about user needs and business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and create user documentation, training guides, and manuals.
Communicate system changes and enhancements effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline required.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
5–7 years in data/systems analysis, project management, process improvement, or similar roles.
Skills & Attributes
Strong experience analyzing large data sets and ensuring data integrity.
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Cubes, SAP BI, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
