Contract through Quarter 1, 2026. Role Overview We are seeking a Contractor for Primary Research & Ad Experimentation to support an Ad Sales organization. This role will lead primary research initiatives across broadcast, digital, and streaming platforms, generating actionable audience insights that help drive advertising strategy and demand. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research, and passionate about media, entertainment, and consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage primary research initiatives (surveys, discussion guides, banner plans) from conception to delivery
Partner with internal stakeholders to define research objectives, methodology, and deliverables
Analyze and synthesize large datasets to uncover insights on audience behavior across streaming, live sports, and entertainment
Present actionable findings to business leaders to inform advertising and strategic decisions
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in primary market research, ideally within media, advertising, or an agency environment
Strong expertise in designing, executing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative research studies
Experience with survey and data analysis platforms (Qualtrics, Decipher, Quantilope, DisplayR, Crunch.io)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
