Purpose of Position:
The Mobile Demand Fulfillment Team works with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Service and Packaging Centers to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery to respective Customer Ship-To Locations. The Analyst will be the key point of contact for its own category to manage supply chain planning and demand fulfilment. This position will report to the Assistant Manager of Demand Fulfillment Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execution responsibility for demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, maintaining customer service levels
Reporting and Early Warning of Late Deliveries, Inventory Shortages, Compliance Charges
Responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies aligning operational capacities and service level with the company targets.
Ensure trends, risks and opportunities are identified in advance and develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to address
Manage cross functional alignment around Supply Chain cycle (QA, Logistic, Planning, Sales, and Finance)
Maintained various analytical tools based on business plans and made required business decisions.
Order Processing, Allocation, and Delivery Coordination
Manage Customer Sales Orders and Confirmation Process
Align Orders to Supply and Demand Plan
Manufacturing and Supply Planning with Factory, Special Project Packaging Center
Customer Inventory/Order Allocation with NR Accounts.
Ensure Shipment to RDD Dates with SEA Logistics Teams
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and coordinate deliveries
Strong follow up skills and ability to provide early warnings to any potential impacts to monthly sales
Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required Knowledge, Skills, or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related-field
~3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, or related-field preferred
Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.
SAP experience required.
Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
Ability to work independently, problem solving, delivering solid recommendations/solutions, and executing upon recommendations

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ | Hybrid (MTWTh Onsite) Duration: 6+ month W2 Contract Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
