ektello is partnering with a global retail leader to find Deployment Analysts to join their growing team. There are severl opportunities to join and add value to our team. This role is a long-term, W2 contract that includes PTO, paid holidays, medical, and 401k benefit options. Rate is $15-$16/hour.

Qualifications:
- Experience in hardware deployment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to assist in developing and following deployment plans, including timelines and milestones
- Knowledge of basic risk management practices to identify and address potential issues in hardware deployment
- Proficiency in coordinating resources, including hardware and personnel, under the guidance of more senior team members
- Understanding of quality standards and processes related to hardware deployment
- Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement in deployment processes and methodologies
- Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving deployment issues
- Ability to assist in generating and maintaining deployment forecasts and analyzing resource needs
- Experience or familiarity with vendor management, including supporting selection and collaboration with hardware suppliers
- Capability to support cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure smooth hardware deployment
