Summary
We are looking for a Senior Information/Graphic Designer to join the marketing creative team. This role will cover key areas of focus in service of platforms and products such as Gaming, Art Store, Mobile, as well as the Services Business as a whole. This person will tell the story of these products and services through exemplary presentation and information design, layout, typography and consumer-facing brand creative.
Responsibilities
Craft visually compelling and effective presentations to tell our story in a visually appealing, easy-to-understand manner for internal, partner, senior leadership and potential client audiences
Work with multiple stakeholders-including senior leadership-on concurrent projects with tight deadlines
Develop branding and campaign design concepts and final production assets
Test and optimize layouts for key media placements based on performance feedback from the marketing team, as part of a systematic, year-round approach
Partner closely with team leads, editors, motion designers, UX designer, and external agency partners, ensuring consistency across our branding and campaign execution
Create custom design assets for PR, events, partnerships, and internal comms as needed
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years experience as a visual or presentation designer, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience
2+ years experience in a mid/senior designer role for a tech, streaming media company
Proven ability to lead visual design for a marketing campaign from creative concepting to final production delivery, across a range of online and offline media
Clear communicator, able to successfully pitch and explain creative concepts
Comfortable operating in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment where teams may need to rapidly evolve plans as business priorities change
Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on driving measurable business impact
