Direct Hire Player Coach

ektello is looking for a high energy collaborative player coach to lead our direct hire team. You will need to have experience working on a direct hire team with proven success in sourcing some portion of the requisitions and meeting placement goals on an annual basis.

Our Specialties include Digital, Creative and Marketing and Information Technology. You will need demonstrated experience in at least one of these skillsets. Order flow will be supplemented from our existing fast growing contract staffing business.

Our team requires someone who is collaborative across the business with high integrity and a view to the long game while meeting monthly activity and revenue goals. We have a reputation of being the best in the industry in caring for candidates and talent who work for us and need to build on that going forward.

The right candidate will need to be committed to using a process and our tools for sales and recruiting and maintain this on a daily basis.

The position reports to our Vice president of Operations and will work closely with the two contract recruiting team leaders. You will manage, develop and grow a team of direct hire recruiters, interface with our sales team and add your own business development to grow the customer base, and be responsible for the metrics and P&L of your team.

ektello has a dynamic team of industry veterans and new entries to the industry from all backgrounds and different ages. We work hard, have fun and have grown to a nation-wide specialized staffing firm operating in most of the US.
