TITLE:  Project Manager (Digital, Email Marketing, and CRM)

LOCATION: Lakeland, FL (MUST be a local candidate to Lakeland, Orlando, or Tampa area)

WORK MODEL: Hybrid – Must be onsite at least 1x month or as needed for big meetings

JOB TYPE: Perm/Full-time, W2

HOURS: 40 hours/wk, M-F

ANNUAL SALARY: 80-85K plus Competitive Bonus and Benefits

Position Purpose/Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Project Manager to support our customers’ business needs. This experienced project manager will work closely with dedicated Business-to-Business (B2B) National and Local Account Services marketing partners and operational teams to lead and execute campaigns and projects.  

The candidate we are looking for will have demonstrated experience in supporting CRM and Marketing Automation teams, marketing campaigns, and projects at an agency organization.

They should have a strong ability to learn quickly and an impressive history of personal and professional development. They deliver results through executive stakeholder management and strong relationships, and they use excellent written and verbal communication to reach alignment across teams, keep projects on track, and have fun.

Responsibilities
  • Structure project plans, including roles and responsibilities, objectives, deliverables, and work back plans with clear ownership to ensure project success from initiation through delivery.
  • Become the hub of information on projects with high complexity and/or strategic importance for the agency project portfolio.
  • Directly support project leaders with strategic recommendations, operational rigor, and creative partnership.
  • Establish project standards, cadence, and version controls for project documentation and workflow to ensure the success of the CRM and Marketing Automation services, and proactively develop new project tools and templates where needed.
  • Manage highly complex projects comprised of a blend of scopes surrounding email journeys, online campaigns, landing pages, emails, e-newsletters, QA-ing in third party CRM/MA ecosystem, deploying forms on existing websites, etc.
  • Directly support project leaders with strategic recommendations, operational rigor, and creative partnership.
  • Establish project standards, cadence, and version controls for project documentation and workflow to ensure the success of programs, and proactively develop new project tools and templates where needed.
  • Execute against project plan, scope, timing, budget, and resources: manage agendas and action items, owners, due dates, statuses, identify & mitigate risks, lessons learned, and risks.
  • Track and report on key metrics and use problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, derive key insights, and deliver recommendations.
  • Drive team momentum and execution across cross-functional groups.
  • Deliver regular cross-functional partner communications.
Qualifications Required
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in program/project management.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated competency and experience managing projects for CRM and marketing automation type service is essential.
  • Experience managing digital projects.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing projects/initiatives within an agency organization.
  • Ability to set and develop timelines, project management task lists, and divisions of duties.
  • Ability to manage logistics, operations, schedules, and production coordination.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional collaboration of teams.
  • Exceptional skill or ability in cross-functional collaboration; as well as influencing senior leaders and teams.
  • Execution-driven – oriented toward not just creating plans but able to influence and push teams to drive tangible results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, and comfort with using influence instead of authority to drive collaboration.
  • Proactiveness and creativity, to offer solutions and new work streams that improve chances of project success.
  • Drive & passion for excellence.
  • Thrive in a face-paced, at times high-energy environment.
Qualifications Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PMP certification a plus.
  • Additional Project Management Institute and/or Scum Alliance certifications preferred.
  • Prior Project Management Platform experience preferred.
  • Workamajig experience is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring/coaching junior PM’s.
