Executive Administrative Assistant (KOREAN - Bilingual) Location: Plano, TX, USA (On-site) Duration: 12 + month contract to (hire + multi-extension capability) Pay Rate: $46.00/hr
Position Summary We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support within our C-Suite office. In this role, you will work closely with our executive support team to conduct research, handle critical information requests, manage daily clerical functions, and support internal HR/benefits administration.
Due to regular interactions with global teams and leadership, fluency in both English and Korean is required. The ideal candidate will possess an immaculate professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Key Job Responsibilities
Executive Support: Partner closely with the current Executive Assistant team to seamlessly serve the C-Suite office and manage daily operations.
Office Operations: Perform general office duties including calendar coordination, physical office setup, mail distribution, office equipment maintenance, supply ordering, and record management systems.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, format, and distribute high-quality corporate invoices, memos, letters, financial statements, and executive reports.
Benefits & HR Support: Provide clerical assistance with corporate benefits administration and employee inquiries as required by executive leadership.
Communication: Manage incoming corporate correspondence (emails, letters, faxes), routing inquiries appropriately and drafting professional responses.
Event Planning: Assist with the end-to-end execution of executive events and corporate meetings, including scheduling, catering coordination, room setup, and breakdown.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency:Must be fully bilingual in written and spoken Korean and English to interface with global stakeholders.
Technical Domain: Prior exposure or basic experience assisting with Corporate Benefits Administration workflows is highly desired.
Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished corporate demeanor; must have a proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
Execution: Outstanding multi-tasking abilities, strong time management skills, strict attention to detail, and immaculate follow-up capabilities.
Software Proficiency: Proficient with corporate productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Education & Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience within a corporate or fast-paced enterprise environment. C-Suite or Executive support experience is a strong plus.
