This role will be responsible for Warehouse Operations cost management and analytics. Finance management and cost analysis experiences are required for this role.

Responsibilities:
Analyze, verify, dispute financial data/invoices and present material in a professional manner.
Track, measure, report, and support Internal Management (Warehouse, Contracting, and Finance) and external service providers (3PLs) in regards to all aspects of cost management and analytics.
Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures related to cost management of warehouse operations.
Communicate with the vendors to collect invoices and necessary backups, to reconcile issues, and to pay them timely and fairly.
Prepare cost analysis on warehouse operations & logistics costs for use within warehouse management.
Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends.
Participate in annual budget planning and cost saving activities in corporation with each unit part team.
Issue Risk Management and support ad-hoc reports as directed by the management.
Create supporting material, analytics, and presentations for management reviews and meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Finance, Operations Management with 7+ years of relevant experience.
5-7 years related experience required
Knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes and current best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and create original analyses.
Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills.
Previous experience using SAP WMS is desired.
Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Excel and PowerPoint is desired.
CPA preferred.
Experience contracting and [ideally] involvement in bidding process
Cost modeling and cost projection/simulation experience
Invoice management experience
