About the Role We’re seeking a Lead Video Editor/Producer to join the creative team supporting a Luxury Cruise Brand, a leader in luxury travel experiences. In this role, you’ll bring stories of high-end destinations and onboard experiences to life through exceptional video production, editing, and storytelling.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Manager of Video Editing (recently transitioned to full-time) to manage on-site video production and content creation. This position is ideal for a hands-on creative professional with 5–7 years of experience across video editing, shooting, and producing, looking to grow in a fast-paced, globally recognized brand environment. What You’ll Do
Lead on-site video production and editing for luxury travel campaigns and brand content.
Shoot and produce both video and static content (campaign, promotional, and onboard experience footage).
Work closely with internal creative, marketing, and entertainment teams to execute polished, high-end productions.
Serve as the on-board producer during international shoots—directing talent, coordinating with hotel and entertainment teams, and ensuring brand excellence.
Edit and deliver premium, story-driven content optimized for digital, social, and campaign use.
Collaborate with the Manager, Video Editor, to maintain creative consistency across projects.
Manage production logistics, media organization, and delivery timelines.
What You Bring
5–7 years of professional experience in video production, editing, and on-site shooting.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
Experience shooting with high-end cameras for both video and static photography.
Proven ability to produce polished content for luxury or premium brands.
Strong communication and leadership skills—able to represent the brand on-location and work with executive-level clients and teams.
Comfortable with travel and working independently on international assignments.
