About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Senior Fashion Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing original concepts across style, color, and fabric, transforming trend insights into innovative, consumer-focused apparel designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to bring collections from concept to final product.
Key Responsibilities
Create original design concepts that incorporate style, color, fabric, and trend interpretation.
Produce high-quality sketches and presentations for seasonal line reviews.
Analyze global fashion trends and translate insights into design direction.
Develop and manage detailed tech packs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Miro.
Collaborate with sourcing partners and materials development teams to identify innovative woven trends and fabrication opportunities.
Provide basic fit and body block information; attend fit sessions as needed to ensure design intent is maintained.
Support the overall creative direction and contribute to cohesive brand storytelling through design.
Deliver print packages and design assets as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in apparel design, including concept development, trend research, sketching, and execution.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Miro.
Experience developing tech packs and partnering with sourcing teams.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and technical accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
