Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Designer with strong UI/UX fundamentals and art direction experience to support B2B growth initiatives. This role focuses on designing high-performing digital creative across paid media, web, and lifecycle channels, combining strong visual craft with a performance-driven mindset while partnering closely with marketing and production teams.
Core Responsibilities
Design and optimize performance-driven creative for paid media, social, email marketing, and digital campaigns
Design UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and blog experiences, with a focus on clarity, usability, and conversion
Provide art direction and visual leadership across campaigns to ensure creative quality, consistency, and brand alignment
Create and support video and motion assets for paid and social media, collaborating with motion or production partners as needed
Optimize creative across channels while maintaining brand standards and design systems
Build and update polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and external strategy, planning, and executive-level presentations
Collaborate with marketing, performance, growth, and demand-generation teams to align creative with campaign goals and KPIs
Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards
Stay current on UI/UX, performance marketing, motion, and creative best practices
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint

Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Must be based in New York, NY
Preferred Skills
Experience partnering closely with growth or demand-generation teams
Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting to inform creative decisions
Experience in motion design or video production (e.g., After Effects, short-form video) is a plus
Strong attention to detail with a high bar for visual quality and consistency
