About the role:
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy will be a key driver in shaping and executing client’s end-to-end (E2E) supply chain transformation agenda. This role will focus on designing and implementing future-ready operating models, leveraging analytics, technology, and process innovation to enhance efficiency, agility, and collaboration across Global Supply Chain.
Qualifications
10 years of total experience, including 3+ years in management consulting/strategy, supply chain and/or retail operations
Demonstrated ability of understanding both operational details and bigger picture strategy
Deep experience with process design, capability building and change management
Experienced in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong governance and measurable outcomes.
Highly analytical, with proficiency in modeling, reporting, and interpreting operational and financial data.
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships and influence cross-functional leaders
Excellent communicator, capable of influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
There is a preference for candidates that have a consulting background.
