Project Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (onsite)
Duration : 1 year possible for extension. Convert to hire TBD.
Pay: $45-$50 an hour
Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of management experience to oversee cross-functional projects from planning through execution. While prior experience managing software development teams is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery across teams.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience with project tracking and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience managing software or technical project teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP/Agile certification preferred)
