ektello is a partner of a global retail leader to find a Change Manager to join their growind team. This is a long-term, remote, W2 contract that includes PTO, paid holidays, medical, and 401k benefit options. Must be willing to work PST hours.
We are seeking a highly motivated contractor with proven expertise in project change management to support strategic transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading change efforts across complex projects, with a strong ability to develop and execute communication strategies and training plans that drive adoption.
Role also requires proficiency in conducting stakeholder assessments to identify impact, readiness, and engagement needs.
Candidate will be a collaborative partner who can translate change strategies into actionable plans that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of experience in change management.
Preferred experience includes experience deploying customer loyalty programs and retail experience.
