Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a background in supply chain or finance.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance metrics
Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend solutions
Prepare reports and insights for leadership teams
Investigate and validate claims, including documentation review
Communicate with vendors to resolve and recover claims
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in logistics, planning, risk management, or finance (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite
Experience with SAP, WMS, or ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with supply chain, enterprise planning, or financial systems
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Adaptability in a dynamic, high-volume environment
