Job Description

Work Schedule: Hybrid- 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Top Three Skills:
1) Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
2) Strong analytical skills, able to process multiple data inputs to deliver the required output
3) Strong interpersonal skills, ideally experience working with Sales teams

Education and Years of Experience:
Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations or Engineering
5+ years in a related role

Responsibilities of the Role:
-Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
-Support the Channel Management PM team to maximize the business on each assigned channel.
-Work with the relevant teams to secure promotional vehicles and ensure seamless execution of these vehicles and other marketing promotions.
-Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
-Measure and track the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
Direct trained survey interviewers.

Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
5-7 years related experience required.
