We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support our media client's development and execution of Golf-related marketing initiatives and partnership activations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited about creative development, media, and sports marketing.
What You’ll Do
Assist in developing creative concepts and sponsorable assets for golf and partnership initiatives
Support the full lifecycle of partnership activations, from ideation through execution
Maintain and update internal catalogs of creative assets across platforms
Coordinate with production teams and clients during custom content shoots
Track creative requests, timelines, and deliverables using internal systems
Draft creative briefs, decks, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including budget tracking and reporting
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform creative and promotional strategies
Pitch in on time-sensitive, high-priority projects as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required
1–2 years of experience in marketing, media, entertainment, sports, or agency environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong PowerPoint and presentation development abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Final Cut is a plus
Experience supporting marketing, sales, or event-based organizations preferred
