Role and Responsibilities
This PM Assistant role will support the TV Product Marketing team and will own project management for products within Lifestyle TV business. In this role you will be responsible for administrative tasks and data entries, developing project management plans with cross-functional teams across the organization, hold owners accountable for progress and status updates and leading recurring project management calls.

Job Responsibilities
• Support administrative tasks, such as executing contracts with new vendors/distributors, approval submissions, and scheduling meetings/events.
• Inventory management of assets/samples essential for new product launches and new product assortments.
• Support development of pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. Partake in publishing roadmaps that would guide sales teams with the teams plan of record.
• Work with integrated marketing and PR teams to support coordination of marketing activities and policies to promote products and services (via advertisements, press releases, PDPs, and more.)
• Research and analyze competitor activities to understand business and market share impact.
• Confer with legal staff to both resolve and prevent problems, such as confirming marketing claims, copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power Point).
• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sensibly navigate through internal and external organizations.
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Ability to develop marketing and pricing strategy.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Knowledge of media production, communication and handling/reviewing of creatives and marketing assets.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
• 4~ years related experience required.
