The company is expanding their in-house marketing team, which supports various marketing channels. Seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist who will assist in managing many of the details, logistics, and reporting for all marketing initiatives, working closely with internal departments and external vendors. This role has a lot of potential for someone to implement processes and grow.
Core Tasks
Manage initiatives from beginning to end
Running campaigns. Focus on conversions. Biggest driver is registrations
Manage internal marketing portal, updating content and reporting
Assist with all social media initiatives, including loading and monitoring posts and developing internal reports (mostly Instagram & Facebook)
Work closely with ad agency for social media marketing – will be main POC for the agency. Will collect assets such as images & graphics and send that to the agency so they can use them for social postings / will guide agency on creative ideas for postings
Implement processes
Will pull data from Google Analytics or other tools and provide that to leaders that will develop reports
Manage creative assets library
Work on multiple projects like gathering collateral and organizing content
Manage video inventory, working with vendors on video translations and trafficking to partners
Work closely with internal departments to coordinate marketing program rollouts
Manage marketing KPI reporting
Coordinate customer surveys
Assist in proofreading all marketing materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
3-7 years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment
Strong Social Media experience
Project Management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
