Paid Social Media Buyer (Hybrid – Orlando, FL)
Location: Hybrid (Orlando, FL) – Monday & Friday Remote, Tuesday through Thursday Onsite
Team: Marketing – Media
Hourly Rate: $29.41
Scope: 4-month w2 contract with a very high possibility of conversion, includes options for medical, dental, vision benefits + holiday pay.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer who is hands-on, strategic, and data-driven to join our small but mighty team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, but also takes initiative and can work autonomously when making performance- and budget-related decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of paid social experience, with direct hands-on-keyboard execution in platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. You should have experience managing paid social budgets of $ 250,000 or more and be comfortable owning campaign performance, pacing, and optimization in alignment with spend goals and KPIs.
This is a hybrid role based in Orlando, perfect for someone who enjoys theme parks and wants to help bring campaigns to life across a variety of consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Actively manage pacing, spend, creative testing, and real-time optimization directly in-platform
  • Independently make data-informed decisions to meet campaign KPIs and maximize performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and project management
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for media vendors and platform reps
  • Support the development of quarterly and annual paid social media plans
  • Use Workfront (or similar project management tools) to track campaign tasks and deliverables
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging social media opportunities

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of paid social media buying experience
  • Proven experience managing media budgets of $250K or more
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat platforms
  • Comfortable making independent strategic and budget decisions
  • Highly organized, proactive, and a critical thinker
  • Excellent collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience with Workfront or comparable project management tools
  • A passion for theme parks or themed entertainment is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
