Jr. Merchandise Assistant | Retail Apparel â€“ San Francisco? On-site, San Francisco |? 3-Month Contract (Entry Level)

Full-Time 40 hours week, M-F

Hourly Rate: $18 to $19 


About the Role

Our retail apparel client is looking for a commercially-minded Jr. Merchandise Assistant to help develop and execute product assortments that delight customers and drive profitable growth. You'll sit at the center of the product development process, partnering closely with Design, Visual Merchandising, Production, and Inventory Management to bring the right products to market at the right time.

What You'll Do
  • Develop merchandise assortments aligned to global, digital, and regional customer needs
  • Partner with Design, Visual Merchandising, and Production on product strategy, AUC profitability, and speed to market
  • Coordinate with Inventory Management on seasonal investment strategy to protect key growth drivers
  • Analyze in-season sales performance to identify business opportunities and risks
  • Manage sample coordination and maintain accurate product documentation
