Summary:
The main function of a Merchandising Manager is to plan, create, direct, and coordinate activities for the digital merchandising team across programs and projects. The Merchandising Manager will act as a process guru, communicator, and Samsung.com CX site management lead across all team functions and help drive seamless delivery across all merchandising aspects of the Home Entertainment category. Focused on low funnel pages, the merchandising manager will lead the start to finish process of creating, maintaining, and sun-setting Home Entertainment product pages as well as be a key member of the planning for product launches.

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of activities on Samsung.com with internal and external partners.
• Share and own project plans and work back schedules, change management and coordinate with the operations staff to lead success across project start to finish.
• Create requests for work and partners with internal teams on creating briefs and web production documentation.
• Routes requests to various internal and external teams and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Manage third party resources efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet expectations.
• Work hand-in-hand with merchandising leads to ensure programs are seamlessly integrated from start to delivery.

• Strong understanding of digital merchandising and web production processes.
• Knowledgeable of modern project management principles and ways of working.
• Confident communicating across multiple disciplines externally like creatives and developers as well as within a matrix organization.
• Intermediate understanding of web and merchandising technology.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience working on onsite digital merchandising, preferably DtC or B2C.
• Background in managing content on CMS powered website, ideally Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experienced in reading and interpreting web analytics, preferably Adobe or Google Analytics.

Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
