Title: Office Coordinator Client: American Automotive Company Duration: 12 months with HIGH chance for extension or hired direct Location: Bowling Green, KY 42101 Pay: $15.50/hr W2 Schedule:
Monday – Friday 1st shift – 6AM – 2:30PM, but can be flexible on what days they are in office, not a strict schedule requirement – very flexible.
Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during school
May work up to 32 hours per week during school breaks (Summer, Winter, etc.)
Work around the students schedule, flexible on what days they are working
Top Required Skills:
Must be enrolled at WKU (Western Kentucky University) or an accredited university
Overview
Develops and maintains a system for managing office routine
Assists in planning, conducting and evaluating projects
Monitors programs and projects
Frequent contact with others outside the work group
Maintains technical expertise and procedural knowledge
Keeps supervision advised of work in process
Assumes operational assignments as a working member
Assists in the coordination of special or unusual projects
Day to day:
Very little structured meetings
Daily interaction with others on projects
Short term - really independent learning and researching with existing materials and getting trained on the tools they already have
Longer term – have a list of potential projects and this person would pull from this list and work on those, take a project/idea run through it and see if they can develop a tool using their AI software to execute that project. If successful, teach and train others on how to use it.
Projects will be measured in weeks not days/hours
Interaction level with the team – team size is around 20-30 salaried and other student employees, sitting right next to 2 other students, working hand in hand with other students, open office very collaborative
