Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Location: East Aurora, NY (4 days onsite / 1 remote after training) Duration: 8-Month Contract, extension potential Pay: $22–24/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Some overtime as needed
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to support B2B retailer accounts by managing high-volume purchase orders from entry through shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring full-pallet and bulk product orders are processed accurately, priced correctly, and fulfilled on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with purchase orders in an ERP system and be comfortable coordinating across Sales teams, vendors, and Distribution Centers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage B2B purchase orders from receipt through shipment
Enter and maintain accurate pricing, product, and customer data in ERP system
Coordinate with Distribution Centers to ensure timely fulfillment of bulk orders
Monitor shipments and resolve order discrepancies or delays
Maintain promotional programs and customer-specific order requirements
Communicate order status updates to internal Sales teams and external customers
Generate packing documentation and support billing accuracy
Initiate order changes or cancellations as needed to prevent shipment issues
Qualifications
1+ year experience in order processing, order entry, sales support, or customer operations
Experience working with purchase orders in an ERP system (AS400, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite in East Aurora)
Preferred Experience
B2B order processing supporting bulk or pallet-level shipments
Experience coordinating with warehouse or distribution teams
Familiarity with freight documentation or logistics processes
