Job Summary
The Assessment Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex business problems and translating them into effective technology, integration, and workflow solutions. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify system gaps, define functional requirements, and support the design, configuration, and testing of scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can contribute at the task level while collaborating across teams to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems and recommend technology, integration, or workflow-based solutions.
Identify gaps in current systems and processes and provide technical input to support business requirements and functional specifications.
Configure system settings and options to meet business needs.
Plan, execute, and document unit testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
Design and document detailed technical and functional solution specifications.
Provide consultation and guidance to users regarding system functionality and technology usage.
Participate in or lead cross-functional teams to resolve business or system-related issues.
Support the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts, reports, code, and business logic, as needed.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with technology vendors.
Actively contribute to assigned tasks and participate in technical discussions at the task level.
Required Skills & Experience
Applicable knowledge and hands-on experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related technical functions.
Ability to analyze problems, document requirements, and support solution design and testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
Experience level is flexible; candidates with little or no direct experience may be considered, with escalation as appropriate.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, or
Four (4) years of relevant, job-related work experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
