Finance Analyst (Korean Bilingual) Location: Plano, TX
Duration: `2 + month contract to (hire + multi-extension capability)
Rate: 28.00 /hr. W2 + FULL BENEFITS Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Korean Bilingual Finance Analyst to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including short-to-medium-term forecasting, budgeting, and month-end closing processes. Operating with a high degree of independence, you will provide critical financial insights that influence business decision-making and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Planning: Develop and maintain 3–9 month forecasts covering sales volumes, pricing, COGS, and operating expenses.

  • Trend Analysis: Evaluate business trends and market shifts to enhance forecast accuracy and financial visibility.

  • Financial Operations: Support month-end close processes, including revenue/expense tracking, cost allocation, and reconciliation.

  • Reporting: Generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports for management to facilitate informed leadership decisions.

  • Intercompany Coordination: Manage intercompany transactions to ensure accurate tracking and margin alignment.

  • Special Projects: Support initiatives such as royalty calculations, financial analysis for legal matters, and process improvement audits.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1+ year of relevant professional experience in financial or operational analysis.

  • Language: Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) is required to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.

    • Background in business process reviews or audits is a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve time-sensitive issues cross-functionally.
