Where: Spring Hill, TN
What: 12 Month Contract on W2 (Chance of extension/perm)
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday – Friday
Pay: Negotiable (based on experience)

Description
This Industrial Engineer should have a strong background with line balancing and quality systems. Prior GM or OEM automotive experience is highly preferred. This should be a one-year project. Expenses will be covered.
Requirements
- Line balacing – process layout experience
- PowerBI and Excel Skills
- PFMEA Workshops
- Station by station quality risk assessment revies
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on manufacuring plant floor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-motivated and willingness/ability to work independently
- BS Engineering or related
- 1+ years relevant experience
Responsibility
- Work on new processes, content, line balancing, and layout
- Provide quality systems using the GSIP (Global Standard Inspection Process)
- Conduct PFMEA workshops and others
- Implement GSIP visual aids using PowerBI
- Conduct station by station quality risk assessment reviews
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on manufacturing plant floor
- Help conduct launch execution
- Embedding process controls
