This role is hybrid in Orlando, 4x a week onsite.
5-7 years of experience s ideal, there is not going to be a ton of ramp up time for this role., so coming from a similar industry would be nice but is not required if they have the right technical experience.
Candidates must be proficient in Jira
Day to day will consist of tracking projects and ensuring go-live dates can be met, finding road blocks, ensuring deliverables are met in time, developing timelines and tracking work to stay on the timelines, going through data in Jira from a PM perspective to understand status, raise red flags on delays, sitting through meetings, getting updates, speaking up when things aren't going according to schedule
This person should have a leader mindset and should be able to work with many different personalities to provide feedback, should be able to own a process with little supervision
This role isn't for one particular project, but will be dealing with all resort guest-facing technology (not including attractions---so think photo pass validation, app, etc.)
Hardware and Software knowledge would be a nice to have
