Project Coordinator
**W2 Contract** ONSITE out of Ridgefield Park, NJ** TARGET $30/hr

This opportunity is a Project Coordinator on the Extended Warranty team for a major consumer electronics brand. In this role, the candidate will support the program manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth operation, and providing ad-hoc support as needed.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with multiple internal teams (finance, sales, operations, customer service) to streamline processes and address concerns.
  • Data Management & Compliance: Handle sensitive financial and customer data while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics related to warranty sales and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Report Generation & Insights: Provide regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with actionable insights on warranty sales performance, trends, and financial impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination
  • Experience in reconciliation and reporting of financial data.
  • Experience in Excel for data reporting, as well as project tracking.
  • High attention to detail.
