We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Project Manager I to support the planning and delivery of capital improvement and renovation projects across our resort portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and is ready to grow their career in hospitality development and construction management. What You’ll Do
Support and manage projects under $2M, including resort upgrades, sales center renovations, and reserve replacement projects.
Serve as the on-site project representative—overseeing logistics, coordinating trades, and ensuring safety and site compliance.
Track construction progress, identify issues early, and support resolution in partnership with A&C Leadership.
Assist with budgets, cost tracking, change orders, invoicing, and procurement.
Prepare and manage RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, contractor documentation, and project reporting.
Maintain detailed project records, logs, schedules, and weekly updates for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with Operations, Feasibility, design consultants, contractors, and property teams throughout the development lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For You qualify with either:
A bachelor’s degree + up to 2 years of experience in hospitality development, construction management, or project management, OR
A high school diploma/GED + 3+ years of experience as an owner’s rep or project manager in design/construction.
Skills That Make You Successful
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Clear, confident communicator with excellent documentation skills
Able to read/interpret blueprints and technical specs
Proficiency in Microsoft Project & Microsoft 365
Experience with PMWeb or similar platforms is a plus
Comfortable working independently, adapting quickly, and managing multiple priorities
Willingness to spend extended time on project sites (domestic & international)
