Marketing Manager - SEO
The SEO Manager role will be an SEO subject matter expert, strong project manager, task-master, and excel wiz supporting the day-to-day tasks on Samsungs Home Entertainment (HE) - Integrated Marketing (IM) division, which supports TV, Audio and Memory business, reporting to the Head of SEO. We are looking for a doer; someone to dive in and complete many ongoing parallel tasks. The SEO manager will responsible for completing various tasks on time meeting a high-quality standard, including creating SEO reports, conducting keyword research, submitting and managing SEO Jira tickets, writing and QAing metadata and schema content provided by agencies, assessing EOL URLs for 301/410, assessing and fixing canonical tags, 301s, and other site health issues.
S/he will build relationships with cross-functional teams and agencies, and aid in planning and implementing best in class SEO strategy with focus on organic growth. This position is part of a fast-paced, dynamic digital team responsible for a growing business. Ability to manage internal stakeholders across the organization, and agility to influence and collaborate across other vertical teams in a highly matrixed environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day SEO communications roadmap and execution across all Home Entertainment categories.
- Keyword research and managing a pillar cluster strategy
- Create and review blog article briefs and content to ensure optimum SEO optimization
- Writing SEO-optimized metadata and QAing metadata provided by agencies
- Submitting and managing Jira tickets to completion
- Coordinate inputs from Corporate Marketing and Headquarters and prioritize within HEs existing roadmap
- QA and provide clear feedback on content and technical optimizations to drive effective improvements in ranking
- Provide analysis on effectiveness of tactics and activations
- Understand key product reason to buy and features between models
- Partner with agency and digital / s.com team
- Manage agency outputs for SEO including ensuring content aligns to brief, is measurable and actioned in a timely manner
- Partner with Digital team members to understand workstreams for S.COM, social, PR and paid media to ensure cohesive messaging and best landing experiences for email communications.
- Experience documenting initiative requirements and clearly communicate stakeholder feedback to agency partners
- Share key activity updates and explore new ideas to find process efficiencies and offer forward-thinking solutions
- Understand competitive environment; proactively seek market knowledge through exposure to competitive retail landscape

Required Experience:
- 4-6 years-experience within eCommerce or Digital Marketing
- Experience using SEO systems to analyze results: SEM rush, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics
- Fundamental understanding of SEO functionality to drive optimal results
- Must have strong skills in strategy, planning, marketing and project management
- Keep abreast of best practices and new tools to ensure maximum productivity
