** W2 contract ** ONSITE in New York City, NY ** Target W2 $30-35/hr
Our client is seeking a proactive Sales Enablement Coordinator to support sales training and enablement initiatives. This contractor role focuses on coordinating training logistics, maintaining knowledge resources, and assisting in program delivery to enhance team readiness.
What You'll Do:
Training Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling sales training sessions for new hires and tenured employees, covering products, sales methodologies, and software systems.
Vendor Support: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely production of e-learning modules and training materials; track usage and report outcomes.
Knowledge Base Maintenance: Update and manage a centralized repository (e.g., Confluence) for product specs, sales best practices, and training content.
Gong Administration: Support setup and basic administration of Gong for coaching; assist in generating usage reports and trend analysis.
Onboarding Assistance: Aid in executing sales onboarding components to ensure smooth new hire integration.
Data Collection: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in L&D, sales enablement or training coordination roles.
Familiarity with ad tech, digital media, or CTV/OTT platforms (preferred).
Basic experience with LMS, knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence), or Gong (a plus).
Ability to manage logistics, prioritize tasks, and support content updates.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
