SUMMARY: The Senior Account Executive is the point of contact for our clients. This person develops, strengthens, and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing local clients to provide strategic guidance, increase revenue, and meet client needs. They understand Google and Meta campaign results, create budgets, and/or proposals for customers. The Sr. Account Executive acts as the liaison between corporate and the franchisee as they work with individual owners and different departments within the agency. They work to resolve any issues or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sr. AE is responsible for reviewing accounts, selling new business to existing accounts, and onboarding new clients. They also help train and guide new account executives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with several client accounts simultaneously, often juggling various projects and deadlines.
Manage client relationships and day-to-day communication with clients and internal staff.
Plan, propose, and manage client budgets.
Develop client relationships beyond email through phone calls and in-person meetings.
Discuss ideas and advertising strategies with clients to assist them with developing campaigns.
Maintain a strong understanding of multiplatform strategies that include Google, Meta, and mass media.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations.
Participate in strategy meetings, offer proactive solutions, and innovative ideas to help clients meet goals.
Work with project managers to ensure that projects are being delivered on time and within budget.
Keep meticulous documentation of client requests, project updates, etc.
Communicate consistently with clients, Senior Director of Local Marketing, and other staff.
Provide weekly/monthly client updates and summaries via email and/or reports.
Communicate results from Google and social media campaigns and platforms to clients.
Execute monthly meetings and provide digital and/or social reports to clients.
Notify the leadership team of any potential problems with projects or accounts and strategize solutions.
Schedule, lead, and drive internal agency and external client meetings.
Place design and copy orders as needed.
Ensure all creative has been edited and approved by internal staff and then by client.
Be the liaison between the franchisee and corporate.
Help train and guide new account executives.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
College degree in business administration, advertising, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an advertising account executive or related position
Expertise in Google and Meta campaigns and social media platforms like Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok and confidence to discuss and review with clients
Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques
B to C account executive experience
Omni channel expertise
Ability to plan and manage budgets on behalf of clients
Captivating presentation skills
Ability to cope with pressure and keep tight deadlines
Team player, be able to share ideas and be open to the ideas of others
Computer savvy with proficiency in various business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite
Exhibited strengths in organization, accountability, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, writing, communication, and customer service skills
Be passionate, optimistic, proactive, constructive, self-motivated, friendly, willing to work on anything, and help others
