Senior Analyst, Web Analytics Location: Remote, EST
Rate: $50/hr

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven analyst who enjoys translating complex information into clear recommendations, improving reporting processes, and helping teams better understand the impact of their marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and enhance executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.
Analyze digital marketing, website, and campaign performance across multiple channels.
Identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer key business questions using multiple data sources.
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks.
Support A/B testing and optimization initiatives through performance measurement and recommendations.
Collaborate with Analytics, IT, and Marketing teams to improve data pipelines, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools.
Manage data workflows, refreshes, and ongoing enhancements to reporting infrastructure.
Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and cross-functional teams in a clear, concise manner.
Promote self-service analytics by building scalable tools and educating stakeholders.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or related fields.
Strong experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Heap, or similar tools.
Experience analyzing paid media and digital channel performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, or similar.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with BI / visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Databricks.
Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, funnel analysis, and customer journey measurement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process improvement orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tagging / implementation tools such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, or similar.
Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
Experience with automation and workflow optimization.
