ektello is partnering with a leader in cancer research and treatment to find experienced Workday Integration Developers to join their growing team. This is an 18-month, remote, W2 contract that includes PTO, paid holidays, medical, and 401k benefit options.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Management: Maintain and monitor daily performance of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and API integrations across internal and third-party systems.
Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate integration failures, identify root causes, and implement resolution steps efficiently to minimize business disruption. Own and manage support tickets end-to-end.
Operational Continuity: Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues during the backfill period. Ensure integration schedules, data flows, and file deliveries occur without delays.
New/Change Requests: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement new integrations, enhancements and updates within existing integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations within mid-to-large enterprise environments.
Strong command of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
Experience with Workday ERP implementations is a strong plus.
Experience with XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST web services, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools.
Familiarity with data loads, file feeds, and secure transmission protocols.
Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
