Location - Onsite, Plano, TX
Language Requirement: English & Korean (Business Proficiency Required)
Rate: 31.90 /hr. 
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated AI Quality Assurance Engineer to drive the end-to-end execution, testing, and validation of innovative AI features and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations. In this role, you will design prompt-based test scenarios, evaluate model output quality across edge cases, analyze logs, report bugs, and support data-driven QA practices like performance benchmarking.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • AI Feature Execution & Validation: Execute end-to-end testing and validation of new AI features to ensure functional accuracy, reliability, alignment with product requirements, and seamless UX integration prior to release.

  • LLM & Prompt Testing: Design, run, and evaluate prompt-based test scenarios to ensure consistent, high-quality language model outputs across diverse scenarios and edge cases; automate prompt validation where possible using internal tools.

  • Defect Management & Debugging: Identify, document, and report performance, usability, and accessibility bugs with clear user-impact assessments. Perform root-cause debugging and log analysis.

  • Usability & Benchmarking: Conduct multi-platform usability testing to identify friction points and accessibility issues; support continuous product improvement through QA benchmarking and data-driven feedback.

  • Project Execution & Collaboration: Manage and successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously under standard QA practices and procedures. Build and maintain strong, professional rapport with cross-functional internal and external teams.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field is required.

  • QA Experience: 1–3 years of software QA experience with proven expertise in test plan creation, manual/automated test execution, defect tracking, and standard SDLC quality management lifecycles.

  • Technical Skills & AI Familiarity:

    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and log analysis skills.

    • Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, and prompt engineering tools is highly desirable.

    • Experience with automated prompt validation or scripting tools is a plus.

  • Industry & Language Preferences:

    • Experience in the Mobile/Telecom industry is desirable.

    • Professional business proficiency in both English and Korean (speaking, reading, writing) is strongly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of how technology influences culture and society in the US.
