Hybrid Bilingual Sourcing Analyst for Procurement Logistics
ektello is working with a global family entertainment and toy manufacturer to find a Sourcing Analyst to join their Global Procurement Logistics team, which drives the sourcing of goods and services that support our worldwide operations. This person will support the Latin American procurement team and will assist in managing the execution of administrative and compliance requirements, cost saving initiatives, and regional sourcing projects with a focus on LATAM Logistics. This is a long-term, W2 contract and this team is in El Segundo, CA M-Th and remote on Friday. We include PTO and paid holidays during the contract and offer medical and 401k benefit options.
Key Qualifications and Experience needed for success:
Fluent in Spanish and English
Bachelor’s degree with business or supply chain management preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of procurement/supply chain experience or related field or combination of education and experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with positive, customer-focus approach in combination with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment
Strong project management skills, experience in managing multiple projects at one time
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the workforce, including senior leadership and executive management.
Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and Procure to Pay processes
Proficient in Power Point & Excel
Experience of working with Business Information Systems - Knowledge/experience with Oracle and Coupa systems a plus
