Marketing Analytics Operations Analyst 6-Month contract, goal of long-term extension
Remote, EST
$60/hr Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Marketing Analytics Operations Analyst to help drive the operational excellence of our Marketing Analytics function. In this role, you will partner with Analytics, Marketing, and IT teams to improve how analytics work is prioritized, governed, delivered, and adopted across the organization.

You'll play a key role in strengthening our analytics ecosystem by improving documentation, streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting processes, and enabling teams to make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing analytics expertise with experience in analytics operations, web analytics, and enterprise data platforms while thriving in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support executive- and organization-level reporting, with a focus on measuring Marketing's impact on institutional demand.
  • Help implement and scale an organization-wide marketing measurement framework, enabling teams to document initiatives and measure success consistently.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and visualizations that communicate key performance metrics and actionable insights.
  • Partner with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and external vendors to optimize and scale the organization's Business Intelligence ecosystem.
  • Manage analytics workspaces, data refreshes, dataflows, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Help establish and maintain analytics governance, documentation, taxonomy, and best practices across the organization.
  • Support a hybrid service/self-service analytics model by building scalable reporting solutions and educating stakeholders on available tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to prioritize analytics initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve analytics processes, reporting quality, and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics.
  • Experience owning or supporting analytics operations, including project management, process improvement, documentation, or data governance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams or similar project methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and modern analytics tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience with Airtable or similar work management and process management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting marketing measurement, attribution, or performance reporting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with multiple digital marketing channels and their associated performance metrics.
  • Experience building scalable analytics processes and documentation.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.

  • A strong communicator who can partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, and IT while managing projects independently.
  • Passionate about improving processes, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling better data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
