Rate: 55.00 - 60.00 /hr. W2 Role Overview As the Sr. Project Manager of Corporate Real Estate, you will own the full lifecycle of our real estate functions. From high-level portfolio management and leasing initiatives to the "boots on the ground" execution of corporate interior construction, you ensure our spaces align with corporate policies and business objectives. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to deliver world-class workplace environments on time, on budget, and above standard. Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead programming, design, budgeting, and scheduling for commercial and office interior construction projects from planning through closeout.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, steering committees, and project teams, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
Vendor & Consultant Coordination: Lead the selection and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Design & Strategy: Collaborate with the Facilities Team and end-users to develop space plans, renderings, and furniture layouts that advance our workplace strategy and sustainability goals.
Execution & Quality: Oversee all design phases (preliminary through construction docs), conduct site observations for QA/QC, and resolve field issues to maintain approved standards.
Financial Oversight: Review contracts, cost estimates, and TI reimbursement packages; partner with the CFO and Controller to ensure strict budget and schedule adherence.
Real Estate Support: Assist in leasing activities as needed, including site selection, negotiations, renewals, and dispositions (up to 25% of the role).
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of proven success in workplace planning, commercial interior design, and construction project management.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of architectural/construction processes, MEP systems, and construction documentation.
Project Controls: Proven ability to manage complex construction schedules, multi-million dollar budgets, and diverse consultant teams.
Communication: Exceptional ability to present to senior management and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multi-site or multi-regional corporate real estate portfolios.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members or external partners.
Knowledge of sustainability design and QA/QC best practices.
Bilingual (English/Korean) is highly preferred to facilitate seamless coordination between the US and HQ teams.
