Advertising & Partnerships · New York, NY
Scope: 12-month w2 contract with high potential to extend or convert, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits + PTO
Hourly Rate Range: $25 to $27
Our client’s centralized Talent Partnerships team is looking for a detail-obsessed, pop-culture-fluent Coordinator to support talent strategy and activation across the brand's Advertising and Partnerships opportunities.
This team sits at the intersection of talent, IP, and advertising — orchestrating campaigns like for the Super Bowl and brand partnerships with top comedians and actors. They lead talent deals end-to-end, from casting and negotiation through on-set management, post-production, and live appearances at marquee events like Cannes Lions and Advertising Week. This is a junior role with real ownership — no task is too small, and the right candidate will thrive on anticipating needs, sweating the details, and being part of a creative, fast-moving team where mistakes have real budget implications, and excellence gets noticed.
What you'll do
Support talent partnerships, events, and activations across Advertising and Partnerships
Conduct ongoing talent research and contribute to casting ideation, using data, insights, and creative strategy to build recommendation decks
Track and analyze talent brand partnerships — internal and external — to inform team strategy and client materials
Coordinate travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries for talent across events, shoots, and appearances
Manage pre-production logistics including shoot scheduling, voiceover sessions, fittings, and prep calls
Assist with on-site talent management at productions and high-profile events
Support post-production deliverables including payroll, social content, PR coordination, and appearances
Track budgets and talent costs across campaigns and compile post-event recaps
Maintain and update team resources, trackers, talent website, and client-facing materials
What you bring
2+ years of experience in talent management, communications, or events for a media organization, talent agency, or publicity firm
A genuine pulse on pop culture, the creator landscape, and how talent intersects with advertising and social media
Familiarity with talent agreement deliverables — endorsements, personal services, or similar
Exceptional attention to detail and logistics coordination — you understand that a missed travel detail has real consequences
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a white-glove approach to talent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, and WordPress
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Flexibility to work outside standard hours when talent needs arise
