ektello is partnering with a leader in cancer treatment, research, an education to find a motivated and highly technical Program Manager to join the API/Integrations team. We are looking for a professional with a proven record of working cross-functionally to mitigate system-based defects through partnerships internally & externally. Create and drive plans to oversee the prioritization, development, and delivery of the APIs, system integrations, and enhancements.
Responsibilities and requirements:
Developing projects to scale fulfillment according to new business initiatives with complex operational components
Innovating for step-change improvement in compliance, safety, quality, and cost metrics
Be the voice of the customer and their advocate in all discussions. Review, evaluate, and incorporate the voice of customer feedback into program development.
Oversee program implementation efforts; define goals, supporting metrics, and success indicators.
Ability to communicate insights to others through data
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to influence teams and communicate with senior leadership
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use data and metrics to 3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Aware of SAFe Methodology
3+ years of operating end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
