Technology Adoption, Communications & Knowledge Manager (New York, New York – Broadcast Media Client)
Scope: 12-month W2 contract with potential to extend or convert, includes options for medical, dental, and vision, and PTO benefits.
Hourly Rate Range: $50-$60
Hybrid 3 days in New York, New York, candidates will be prioritized, but open to very well-qualified remote EST candidates.
This role leads technology adoption, communications, and knowledge management across two enterprise priorities: an ERP implementation and a major workplace relocation. You will translate complex organizational change into clear, actionable messaging and partner across Technology, PMO, Facilities, HR, and vendor teams to ensure employees are informed, prepared, and enabled throughout both transitions.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated communication and adoption plans for ERP transformation and workplace relocation initiatives
Apply structured change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci) to drive awareness, understanding, and behavior change
Advise project teams and business leaders on embedding adoption strategies and aligning messaging
Lead enterprise communications for ERP implementation, simplifying system changes into clear, actionable employee messaging
Lead communications for workplace relocation and build onboarding resources for new environments
Advance centralized knowledge platforms including Workvivo and SharePoint
Enable a network of change champions through tools and workshops
Define and track success metrics tied to adoption and engagement
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in ERP implementations and workplace or building relocation communications
