Job Description


Content Producer Job Description:
  • 6-month contract with the HIGH chance to extend
  • 40-hours a week, M-F
  • Fully Remote EST Hours
  The Role:
  • Update website content and images including articles, user interface, copy, headlines, photo captions, photos, logos and other graphic elements.
  • Validate and audit various content prior to data entry into CMS
  • Work with business leaders to ensure content accuracy
  • Collaborate with project coordinator to document and track all changes to websites.
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing or developed systems, and work with the appropriate resources to resolve them.

Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the following categories:
  • Solid PC skills including thorough knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with a content management system and testing software desired.
  • Jahia and or WordPress experience is a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit with a positive and flexible approach to projects and tasks
  • Excellent time management and organization skills to meet project goals and production deadlines
  • Basic HTML & CSS skills
  • Timely communications both verbally and in writing with all stakeholders
