Workday Reporting Analyst
Pay Rate: $23/hour 12-Month Contract

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Reporting Analyst to support HR reporting, data analysis, and reporting activities within the organization. This role will assist with creating and maintaining reports, analyzing HR data, and ensuring accurate information within Workday and other HR systems. The ideal candidate has experience working with HRIS platforms, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate business needs into accurate reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and run Workday reports to support HR and business needs.
Assist with data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of employee information.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
Support HR teams with reporting requests and provide insights from available data.
Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and investigate data quality issues.
Partner with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate solutions.
Maintain documentation related to reports, processes, and reporting procedures.
Assist with ongoing improvements to HR reporting processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting HR reporting, HR systems, analytics, or related functions.
Experience working with Workday or another HRIS platform.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating or modifying Workday reports.
Experience supporting HR operations, payroll, recruiting, benefits, or employee data processes.
Familiarity with HRIS reporting concepts and data structures.
Experience with dashboards, metrics, or data visualization tools.
Ideal Backgrounds
Candidates with experience as an HR Coordinator, HRIS Coordinator, HR Operations Analyst, HR Specialist, or HR Data Analyst who have worked with Workday or similar HR systems are encouraged to apply.
